How soon will I receive my fabric order?

Usually, we aim to despatch orders within 7-10 working days of receiving your order, subject to payment terms.  We don’t ship orders over a weekend, or on Bank Holidays or during Annual company holiday periods.

How soon will I receive my swatch order?

Usually swatch request orders are despatched within 7 working days of receiving payment.  Swatches are chargeable and can be ordered online through our website.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver to countries all over the world, using couriers such as FedEx and DHL.

As our system doesn't let us separate NI from the UK for shipping purposes, if any orders are placed from Northern Ireland we will contact and refund you.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes up to certain values, as follows:-

Standard UK delivery charge for all orders under £500.00 & VAT = £19.99 & VAT. Free on any order over £500.00

Premium UK delivery charge = £29.99 & VAT.

Standard Europe delivery charge for all orders under £2,500.00 = £59.99. Free on any order over £2,500 CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Shipping to the Rest of the World delivery charge for all orders under £5,000.00 = £179.99. Free on any order over £5,000
